Is there a good fat loss plan for loosing fat in mostly your stomach?

I am 15 years old and just want to loose a few pounds in my stomach area. If you have a good exercise/ diet plan that works for you, please let me know!

Drink lots of water. Skip fried, fattening stuff. Baked chicken and steamed veggies are great. Cut back on carbs, but don’t cut them out completely (instead of eating white starches, go for brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc.).

    Hello,

First of all, let me tell you that it’s just not possible to target your fat loss to a specific area like stomach, for example. When you burn fat, the fat will be taken from all over the body, not just here or there. So naturally, you should follow a fat loss plan to lose fat and you’ll lose stomach fat as a result.

To lose fat, all you need is a calorie deficit which means you have to burn more energy than you consume. In other words, eat less and exercise more. It sounds like a cliche but it’s very much true.

So basically, you need a combination of a good nutrition plan and workout routine. Depending on what you prefer, you can focus more on one thing than the other.

Let’s say you’re a hyper-active person (you can’t sit longer than 15 minutes, for example), you should focus more on exercising because that would be the easier way for you. But if you’re not very selective about foods and can follow a stricter-than-usual nutrition plan with little problem, then focus on that.

You can do whatever exercise you like, they’re all good, though I’d recommend high intensity such as weight training. About nutrition, steer away from high-energy and junk foods, sugary foods, bad fats (a.k.a animal fats), skin and animal organs. Take high protein foods like lean meat, egg whites, fish and a reasonable amount of good fats (olive oil, things like that) and use potatoes, whole grain bread for carbohydrates. The good news is you can eat as much fruits and veggies as you want, they won’t make you fat.

Fat loss workout and nutrition are a whole book in themselves. If you want a real step-by-step blueprint, check out my ebook here:

Listen friend. you are 15 years old so, it should not be hard for you to lose weight. Do not use any pills or anything like that. Just do sit-ups and do not eat after 6 pm. basically eat well in the morning and then eat as less as possible in the afternoon. Do this if u really wanna lose fat. (but remember this, don’t worry about your weight. you look perfect the way you are now). I hope i helped jessica.
