You can’t lose weight from one spot only. Your body doesn’t work like that. Just do cardio everyday, eat less fatty foods and the weight will come off from all places rather equally.

Targetted weight loss is quite difficult, many would declare impossible, but the only thing which really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I shed 25 pounds, it really does work!

Stomach crunches!!! They will work better than simple sit ups alone…side crunches will help and getting used to holding your stomach in when you’re standing will help with core muscle strength and posture too.

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.
    * means one 5 pound weight in each hand.

If you don’t have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.

    Workout:
    Stretch
    *20 Bench Press x3
    20 squats x3
    *20 side arm lifts x3
    20 crunches x3
    20 push-ups x3
    *20 lunges x3
    20 leg lifts x3
    Walk for 30 mins
    Stretch

Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.

Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward.

I try to do this everyday, but I’m sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.

Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

You will lose weight and tone up!

I’ve lost 6 pounds and I’ve only been doing it for a week!

You can do it! i know you can!

You will be sore. and it will hurt but you can do it.

Don’t be scared to add more excercises of more reps.

    Hope this works for you!

Doing sit ups and crunches don’t help get rid of fat. They just build muscle UNDERNEATH the fat, but you still have to lose the fat.

Running is a good way to lose weight

after i had my second child, i walked two miles a day at a fast pace. then i started to do leg lifts and flutter kicks ALL DAY. anytime i was in front of the t.v. or getting ready for a shower, or get up a little early i would break out 50 of them. after a while it was wearing leg weights and doing 500 a day. within a month i was in a bikini. really, it changed my whole body. i also wore arm weights and leg weights when i walked ALL DAY. seriously, i lost over 5 inches off my waist. no more hanging over the jeans for me. start off slow. pretty soon you’ll be so strong and in shape you will love your body:)

A good way is definitely crunches like everyone said. But there are some more specific examples like….
lay down on your back and put a paper towl roll between your shins, then put your arms up in the air and try to bry your legs to touch your hands, not only does it burn fat, it gives abss!

unfortunately we cant choose we were lose fat, (believe me i wish we could because i would have bigger boobs, haha)

To lose fat you need to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef) , eggs, low gi fruits (apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges), green veggies (broccoli, celery, green lettuce, spinach), only whole wheat breads (look on the package and see if the first ingredient is whole wheat flour, if it is it should be good unless it has high fructose corn syrup like Mrs Bairds does). Jillian Michaels from biggest loser has a great quote, “before you eat your food ask yourself, does it have a momma or did it come from the ground? If not don’t eat it.” Eat 5 – 6 small meals a day, this will increase your metabolism and help you to not feel so hungry in between meals. It’s all about portion and calorie control regardless of what food you are eating, but remember cleaning up your diet and eating X amount of calories of lean good healthy foods instead of X amount of calories of candy bars (I know you are probably not eating 4 candy bars a day but its just an example) will help you lose it faster. The leaner you are eating the faster you will lose it, and you will get a toned healthy look instead of a skinny jiggly look. You also need to drink at least 8 glasses (8oz) of water a day. Sometimes hunger is mistaken for thirst so if you are hungry drink 8 oz of water and wait 30 minutes, if you are still hungry then eat a light healthy snack. Water also helps you feel fuller longer and helps flush out toxins that may prevent fat loss. Also allow your self a cheat day (but don’t go over board and eat everything in sight or like 5 cakes in that day). Allowing yourself a cheat day once a week will help cut out cravings… Think of it like a reward if you did well with your diet and exercise that week have a piece of pie… If not just stick with you healthy food. You can find recipes for decent tasting healthy foods on sights like bodyforlife.com and bodybuilding.com and also on recipe sights like allrecipes.com, foodfit.com, cookinglight.com and foodnetwork.com

You need to do a good mix of both cardio and strength training, strength training is not going to make you look like Arnold, I promise (unless you are taking test). Toning and building muscle strength will help you lose fat quicker as you will be burning calories all day to feed your muscle tone instead of just while you doing cardio activity and it increases metabolism. Running, walking, rollerblading, swimming are good cardio work outs. You can also get some at home videos. I personally like Gilad’s Kick boxing, Cathe Friedrich, ten minute solutions videos (ten minute solutions are good because they have 5 ten minute segments and you can do one or all five or three or what ever you want to do at the time and they have a variety, like dance, pilates, yoga, etc.), shape and woman’s health videos. Also if you get cable/satellite, find the Fittv channel and scroll through the guide and see if anything sounds interesting and do it or record it if it doesn’t fit into your schedule at the time the program comes on. Get your self some 5 pound dumbbells or a gym member ship and do bicep curls, push ups, sit ups, squats, dead lifts, lunges, tricep over head extensions, chest presses, shoulder presses, etc. You can do most of this on your own if you just go and buy some free weights, but a gym membership is helpful as well. If you do end up getting a gym membership I would consult a personal trainer (most memberships come with a free session) they can show you what to do and come up with a meal plan for you… You can find the videos I mentioned on the web at collagevideo.com, or at ross (cheap cheap at ross) or walmart or any other place that sells dvds.

Lastly, don’t get discouraged, it takes time (it didn’t didn’t get there over night, its not coming off over night)… you should be losing 2 pounds of fat a week safely, more is not typically safe. but you could gain weight especially if you are gaining muscle. So if you get on the scale and it says you’ve gain two pounds don’t freak out… just look in the mirror and go by how your clothes look and feel on you. Hope this helps! email me if you have any other questions!

Well to build muscle and lose just a little fat do crunches. Honestly though, anything that involves a lot of movement, any cardio, will help you lose fat. The easiest and cheapest thing to do is to start running. Just a few miles a few times a week. If you ran 8 miles a week (basically 15-20 minutes every other day) for a month, you would be surprised how much slimmer your stomach would be. Oh and be sure to cut anything high in sugar or fat out of your diet.

Sit ups obviously. Also though, for the lower tummy pooch, you can do leg drops. Leg drops help a lot. But if you really have a few pounds to lose (like more then 10) you should probably mix in some cardio. Jogging, bike riding, or power walking are good options for cheap at home cardio. Cardio works, it burns the most calories. Sit ups and leg drops will tone and tighten you. And of course, cut back on the carbs a bit and go more high protien. Good luck!

    Its all in your head.

Sometimes not even the exercise will help. But the body always needs exercise, taking a jog every second day should be more than enough 😀

Don’t do sit ups, that only gives you stomach muscles. If you want to loose weight, you need to drink more water, eat more vegetables, and run. Most importantly, don’t stress 😀

Although you body is not the way you desire it to be, try to be satisfied with it, its always good to be positive, and do not stress about the fact that you think your a bit fat. Try to make yourself believe that you are not fat while you at the same time jog every second day and eat a more varied and healthy diet. Don’t do sit ups. Do overall training, like running ;D

Good luck, I’m sure your beautiful as it is though 😀

Sit ups/crunches. You can’t just do 10 a day. You need to start of with a few and gradually do more.
I’m no expert, and I don’t know your current endurance level or your build, but try starting off with 30 a day, or lower if you’re finding that 30 is too much of a strain on your body. Try to add 10 per week until you’re doing between 70-100 per day. (You don’t have to do all of them in one sitting, same goes for the 30. If you find that your abdomen is hurting around 10, take a break, do 10 more, break, 10 more, etc, w/e works for you.
I know that seems like a lot, but they don’t take long. Keep your arms crossed over your chest or put them behind your head (like if you were relaxing – I don’t know how else to explain it but your hands are behind your head and your elbows stick out) anyways if your arms are helping you do the crunches, you’re wasting your time. Make sure your feet stay flat on the ground as well. When you do them, make sure your abdomen is doing most of the work. I find that when I’m going back down if I keep my back straight my abs are working harder.
Since you take in a lot of calories per day (yes, healthy food contains a lot of calories, but the good kind), you have to work them off. Other forms of exercise will also help you burn these calories, ie. runs, walks, treadmills, etc, so do more than just sit ups/crunches.
If you’re watching television, lie down on the carpet and do crunches during the commercials.
If you want to keep the weight off you need to continue doing crunches, otherwise you’ll regain the weight you worked so hard to lose. Remember, eating healthy will help you lose weight faster, you’ll gain less weight, and you’re overall health will benefit.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Walking and treadmill exercise are great ways to lose weight. I incorporated the treadmill into my weight loss routine along with taking desert burn hoodia and honestly the weight started falling off. It’s simple really, if you control your appetite and are eating less and you exercise more it’s a great formula to drop as much weight as you desire. What I liked best about hoodia was that I didn’t feel like I was dieting. It took away my hunger and I didn’t feel all lightheaded and run down like can happen when you cut back caloric intake. I had plenty of energy and hiking was more enjoyable and effective as I lost my weight. Watching what you eat is great and it sounds like you just need to fine tune your approach to your weight loss. When I was dieting (and believe me I still watch my weight even though I have achieved my weight loss goals for the most part) I realized right off that the most important thing is to control your appetite. If your stomach’s not always growling and your not always craving food it is sooo much easier to stick to your guns and stay on your diet. With hoodia I would literally go a whole day sometimes and simply forget to eat and I didn’t get tired and run down like diets can sometimes make you feel. Once my appetite was under control and I wasn’t always thinking about eating then and only then could the weight start coming off consistently and steadily because the hoodia kept my mind off of food and I would go longer on my diet and as I did that naturally I lost weight. You have to remember that consistency is very important when losing weight. If you cut back a little on your food consumption everyday your body will change (stomach will shrink and you won’t be eating as much) and with that consistency over a few days, weeks and months you will lose weight just like I did and you will be in the best shape of your life like you desire!!! Hope this helps.
