I’m 16 year old girl weighing 200lbs if I eat 1200cals how much should I exercise to lost weight fast and keep?

I’m trying to lose weight with my sis n we dnt know how long or wat kinda exercise to to lose 2 lbs a week…thnksz everyone who comments….I’m new at this so I dnt know how to comment bak .lol..;)

    It is a possibility to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 6 pounds in recent times when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the website in the box below.
