How can a 13 year old girl lose weight fast?

I start school in September and
i weigh 118.5 and i want to weigh about 100 and i
wear a size 11 or 12 in jeans and shorts i think
and i want to be able to wear a 1, 2, or 5
and my stomach is alittle fat and my legs are fat. so
i want all that to change before i start my 8th grade school year
so please help me and dont make it fancy or complicated

    join aa sport cuz it’s more fun that way and you forget that you’re losing weight! Or you can just get in the habit of running/jogging daily and doing sit-ups and push-ups. And adding more fruit and veggies in what you eat makes a big difference and you’ll feel better.

    just go jogging for 30 mins or 2-3 miles a day and you’ll be just fine. And eat healthy food. Instead of potato chips eat an apple and stuff like that.

    PLEASE DON”T go on a diet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i know that you might think it’s better easier whatever but dont.
    what you can do is eat healthier. instead of pop tarts try special k or eggs fruit home made smoothies[just get a mix of frozen fruit and apple and orange juice- sounds healthy and not good- tastes as good as planet smoothie 🙂 ] for lunch and dinner dont eat fast food a lot idk ifyour mom cooks or what… if she does eat what she cooks usually home made is good. maybe cut back on desserts. once and a while treats are good but not every night. eat fruit for snacks [grapes are good!!] haha. idk what you like so just try to find healthy and good!
    Work out. Excersize. Go running. Start out with one mile and build up. And you can alternate long distance with sprints. Dont try to go crazy your first times out. Do a light jog and build up. You will know what feels right. but keep running- dont do it randomly have a schedule- monday wednesday friday saturday- maybe add more days as you build up. Maybe you can get one of your parents to go with you. Music is always good to run with too. make sure you keep going when you have scheduled. dont let a long period go without running or excersizing. maybe if you want to build up speed and stamina after a while of running do intervals[look them up] you do spints while jogging[like i said look them up :)]
    maybe you won’t be able to get into a 1 in a month but keep working on it- and you might have a bigger body build so maybe shoot for a 3! i am smaller (100lbs) and about to move to a 3 so that could be your goal size [or 5] its all still slim. and ifyou can’t get to those sizes but you are looking healthy and feeling good than thats GREAT for you.
