I want to lose some weight and firm up fast. preferebly in 3 weeks or less since i am going to a wedding?

I have a wedding to go to since i am the maid of honor and my dress is form fitting and strapless, i want to look good. I am less than bikini model perfect so how can i lose weight and tone up before then and have it look noticeable?
