aww hon DO NOT starve yourself! what does that acomplish? u get hungrier & then u want to eat more. trust me, i had to loose weihgt, u cant do it fastly & safely. well, 2 months should be ok. u should start jogging, i got myself cute workout clothes so i would do it. if u dont like to excersise, u can do stuff like take stairs or walk where u need to go. little things like that help, its all about changing ur rutine. also start snacking on veggies when u are hungry, dont eat junkfood. u can do this, just make small changes & have fun with it! u can also start walking ur cat if u have one…now that is a work out!

buy fiber and Products to clean your stomach. It really helps. Do at least 5 minutes of exercise to run, walk, do jumping jacks, and push ups or sit ups. I would recommend 30-1 hour to go have fun with friends. hopefully you look stunning in that dress.

Starving yourself will only rob yourself of muscle.
You need to eat healthy to lose weight.
3 servings of lean protein everyday, like chicken, turkey, pork or fish.
6-8 serving of fruits and veggies
3 servings of whole grains, wheat bread or pasta, whole grain cereals.
8-10 glasses of water daily
AVOID processed foods and drinks.
Jumping jacks and jumping rope will give you lean long muscles with the above food plan.

you can’t lose weight fast. if you starve yourself your metabolism will actually slow so you’ll lose less weight. plus if you lose weight to fast then your period will stop and you’ll have to pay a ton of money to doctors to try to fix it. The limit of how much you can lose a week and still be okay is two pounds. I’d suggest the app Lose It on itunes. it’s free. if you can’t get it then eat three small meals a day. an example would be cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch. one serving of a decent meal for dinner. You can also add fruits and vegetables to this, they help because they fill you up but aren’t many calories. for example banana with breakfast and apple with lunch, carrots with dinner. you need to exercise, trust me. it erases calories in a flash. just walk or bike to the places you normally drive too and start yoga or something. I just do 15 min of yoga every morning and and walk and bike to the places I go and I’m fine. I also don’t overeat and eat healthy foods. I’m not old, if you were guessing, I’m actually 15. don’t starve yourself unless you’re religious and are fasting while praying to God. It’s STUPID(to starve yourself)!

Starving dosnt work, so I highly recommend you avoid starving yourself as I tried it one time & I now have major eating problems & have gone off a lot of different foods. I think to loose weight you should eat healthy portioned foods & remember to always eat a healthy breakfast like Special K. I also recommend you do a lot of simple exercise like Swimming or riding a bike, & if you have any interest in dancing now is the time to start as it can be a great way to loose weight. (:

You are far too young to be worrying about your weight your only 13!!!! I have a daughter and there is no way id want her starving herself. Im sure your fine just the way you are. All your going to do is make yourself ill and then you wont be able to enjoy the wedding. Be sensible!!!!

Losing weight in someone so young is not straight forward and will require medical/dietetic supervision. Even in adults the average weight loss is only 9-15lbs a year, so this is a long term lifestyle issue, requiring both an appropriate diet and very regular vigorous exercise.

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.
1. Choose whole grains.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Choose lean meats and fish.
4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.
5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.
6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.
7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.
8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.
9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.
10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.
11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.
12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).
