I need help losing weight I gained 60lbs when i got pregnant I lost some weight but then I have gained it back

I know i need to cut back on calories and do cardio more but i need suggestiuons on some filling snacks and healthy recipes?

    Once you make up your mind to lose weight it is a no brainer . I was just tired of being fat . I eat egg whites , turkey , tuna , veggies , fruit , no sugar , no bread etc. take the baby out for a walk to increase cardio and before you know it the weight will be gone. This site might help you.

    And a dinner option that I love ( Just a suggestion, don’t know how you feel about stir fry) is Chicken/beef stir fry

    You can usually make a big batch and store extra for lunch or dinner the next day.

    Try to get beef/chicken that is cut to be stir fried, it should say on the package. “Beef stir fry” Etc..

    And get veggies you like, try broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, carrot, zucchini or anything really. Then just buy a stir fry sauce in your asian foods isle in the grocery store to add flavor!
    It makes for a great filling, healthy dinner.
