STOP EATING FAST FOOD. It’s a lot worse for you than you think. You’re just going to have to muster up the will power to cut it out. After that, start an exercise program and count your calories.

First of all, there’s something wrong with your family if they won’t let you attend your sister’s wedding because of your weight. They need to seek counseling for their issues. Being supportive is much more effective than being overly critical of your weight.

To lose weight, you must exercise! You also have to cut calories. Believe me, I know it’s hard to stop eating fast food, but you must eat healthier and exercise if you want to lose weight. Making lifestyle changes is the only way to do it permanently. There are no quick fixes. If you continue to regularly eat fast food, it’s going to be nearly impossible for you to lose that weight.

Make sure that you’re eating at least 1500-1600 calories per day. Never drop below 1200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode. Start eating mostly lean proteins, veggies & fruits. Drink lots of water and exercise at least 30-60 minutes per day. You can allow yourself the occasional treat of a fast food meal, but I would limit it to one meal per week at the most.

First off, may I ask if you have any kind of emotional issues concerning your sister’s wedding? It may be a subconscious sabotage on yourself so you don’t have to be in the wedding. Please look at this carefully. When women overeat and gain weight it is usually an emotional problem. So instead of asking yourself “what am I eating?” turn that around and ask yourself “what’s eating me?”. Something is bothering you. Find out what that is and your overeating will be easier to control. Find the willpower within yourself to NOT eat fast food. It is the worst thing for you. If you find that you can’t resist, then make better choices like a side salad.
