You have an eating disorder?! If so, you need to get help NOW.
If not, just eat healthy things in healthy portions, like 4 servings of veggies a day, dairy, fruit, etc. Instead of chips, you could have a salad. And instead of soda, drink milk, tea, or water:) Weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise, so killing yourself at the gym isn’t going to make you lose weight. However, you could do sit-ups while youre watching TV. Just eat healthy foods, and enjoy them!

You can’t. They will notice, unless they’re blind. I sincerely hope no one gives you tips to lose weight since you’ve stated you have an eating disorder. Eating disorders are hell, it’s smart to get out before you get so far into it that it takes multiple hospitalizations to recover, and before you destroy your body permanently. I know that me saying that probably won’t stop you, but I wasted a good four years of my life to anorexia and bulimia. Those are years of my adolescence that I can never get back.

Weight Control and Fitness are ongoing things. I’m probably a lot older than you and in my experiences with a multitude of crash diets and fitness programs. I have discovered that there is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. A program that focuses on inventory (weight) control using calorie input minus calorie output equals weight gain or loss is the best and most realistic approach. The only web site I’ve found that seems to understand this is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you.
