How to lose weight quickly and safely?

i need to lose weight, i am 15 years old and weight 150 pounds! i am not exactly fat, but i am chubby! i think most of my weight is in my butt. so how do i lose weight really quick but still safe?

    You need to do exercises like biking, running etc.
    Eat grilled foods and avoid fried foods.
    Drink a lot of water.
    Take a lot of vegetables and food.
    Sleep 8 hours daily.
