How can I lose weight quickly and safely if im 13 years old.

I would like to lose a little weight before school starts back in about 24 days. I already exercise but it seems like its not working. I will do anything but starve myself. And if there are any detox systems I can use please tell me where I can get it at and what its called.

    Yours is an age for puppy fats. They will disappear after a while. never starve. your growing body needs nutrition.
    Eat fresh fruits and veges. reduce fats and carbs. avoid sweets. Also go outdoors and run every day.
    Do not eat after 7PM. That is all you need to do.

    Eat 4-6 small meals a day, exercise like 20 min 4x a day (example: morning at 8, then at 12, then at 4or 5, then at 8)
    Drink only water, and hibiscus water (sold at any mexican store(la rosita, la illusion etc. for about 3-4 dollars). Hibiscus water is good, sweet and helps u lose weight.
    Dance 4 like 20-45 min 3x a week at least
    I lost 1 lb a day douing this
    Also eat cereal.. your body needs sugar and some cereal dosent have much k.
    Do 15 sit ups, 15 push ups, 20 jumping jacks 3 x a wee.. trust me this works..

    Dont 3eat after 7 pm!! This fat in food is not used when u go 2 sleep.
    Dont drink pop not even diet.
    u dont need anything else!!
    A bike is convenient
