How can I lose weight quickly, safely, and effectively?

Hi, I’m looking for a way to lose weight quickly, safely, and effectively…so please don’t suggest crash diets (or the likewise). My goal is to lose about 5-10 lbs. and some tummy flab by May, when my class is going to Cedar Point. I’m 14 years old, and currently weigh 160 lbs. Could you guide me to some healthy foods & good exercises to help me out? Thanks in advance!
