How to lose weight quickly & in a healthy way?

I’m going to a new school in a year. (I wanna start early.) Andd I was wondering, are there any easy ways to lose weight? I’ve been eating 1200 calories per day & have been avoiding eating too much/starving myself. I realized that some of my clothes are feeling a little loose, but other than that, no huge change. I think I’ve been at this for about a month? So how much weight do you think I’ll lose after one WHOLE YEAR of DIETING?
Oh yeah, I’ve also been exercising every day (walking, swimming, or whatever), I try to avoid food with more than 3g of fat, but sometimes I break my diet. 😛
