How can I lose weight quickly but still being healthy?

I need to lose weight quickly but in a healthy way. Do you know of an exercise routine or good way to lose weight easily. It would be greatly appreciated.

    its hard to lose weight, let alone fast. Just give it time and work your butt off. Also be careful not to gain it back, since this is a very common thing.

    That question is an oxymoron. If you want to be healthy, losing weight and keeping it off takes time. You should only lose 1-2 lbs a week. Anything more and its probably a yo-yo diet, you will end up gaining the weight back and probably some more.

    I low carbed my way to a better body. A lot of people oppose low carb diets but It worked for me. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months, by simply working out 3 days a week and not eating foods high in carbs. There was no bread, no pasta, very few fruits, I basically ate a lot of salad and low carb veggies and lean meats like chicken breast, turkey, and seafood.

Have to in order to become a nurse. If you do the low carb diet your body goes into ketosis. This can be dangerous because if you do it for too long then your body starts to break down the protein in your body after you have no fatty acids left to break down.

    I have been dieting since I was in High School (wrestler) and knowing your body is the best way to lose weight safely. If you are working out and you get dizzy you need to stop and eat some bread high in fiber and drink some water. Many wrestlers die every year because they try to lose weight too quick sometimes trying to lose 20 pounds in a week.

    So go to my pyramid input your information and don’t be discouraged. It is easier to lose it now and keep it off then to wait till you are 50 have hypertension and diabetes. Cardio does work but if you don’t lift weights then your joints will start to ache.
