How can I lose weight quickly but healthy?

I’m trying to lose as much fat as possible around the legs, abdominals, obliques. I’m not that fat, but I weigh around 260 and trying to get down to 200 by the end of July/August? Any food diet and exercise that can help me lose this? btw, I’m 6’2″ so I know I’m overweight, but I dont look it, I play sports and all, but don’t seem to be losin much, and I control my eating.

here is what my nutritionist recommends for losing weight
    drink 8-10 glasses of H2O a day
    eat 5 vegi’s & 5 fruits eat them don’t drink them
go to mypyramid.gov & get the best plan for you & follow it this will give you the proper recommended calories for you.
    exercise 30 minutes a day
and when you feel hungry drink a big glass of water & wait 10 minutes before eating

For a crash diet you should always be under the guidance of your doctor.

it is amazingly true that eating 5 to 6 small meals a day can help you lose weight. It keeps your metabolism boosted up because your body is almost immediately using the energy because over time it realizes that it will receive more calories in a few hours. If you eat just one to two meals a day it will store unused calories as fat. keep these meals low in fat and high in protein. Resistance training and cardio are essentials, not many men want to go from healthy to just skinny..make sure you get your protein since when you lose bodyweight you lose muscle as well if its not getting the protein required, which is 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight…mix high and low intensity cardio, for they both have different benifits…on high intensity days, its good to do 2 15 minute sprint sessions during the day to also keep your metabolism boosted…i did this and lost nearly 100 lbs in only around 6 months while gaining muscle

This daily plan have helped me lose as much as 10lbs over 2 weeks and I hope it will for you too:

    – Start the day with some green tea and plenty of drinking water. Eat some lean protein for breakfast, and do your stress-busting yoga stretches.

    – If you are a morning person, do your cardio exercise then. Follow it up with 15 minutes of strength-training exercises, focusing on your arms.

    – Eat small meals throughout the day, staying well below your required caloric intake.

    – Drink approximately 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight.

    – Avoid sugary or salty foods.

    – In the evening, do a longer session of stretching.

    – Wind down before bed with relaxing activities like reading or taking a warm bath.

    – Sleep at least 8 hours.

All the actual details of this daily plan such as what exercises to do, the type of food to eat or how to calculate your daily caloric intake are all spelt out in this report “Lose 14 lbs in 14 days” which you can immediately download for free:
