    Here’s some weight loss tip’s which you can do everyday:

    – Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

    – And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

    – Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.

    – Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).

    – Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it’s been shown to speed up your metabolism).

    – For your metabolism’s sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

    – Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).

    – Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.

    – Or, if giving up meat just isn’t your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.

    – Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.

    – Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

    – Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.

    – Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.

    – Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.

    – Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.

    – Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.

    – Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee. There are so many hidden calories in drinks.

    – Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or “bad” carbs.

    You cant always lose weight really quickly. Eat too little and your metabolism will literally die off. So healthy eating and adequate exercise should keep you losing weight at about 1 to 2 pounds per week. Of course, alter the following meal plan to your special needs.

    Here’s a good example of a healthy day of eating:
    Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal sprinkled w/ cinnamon(no sugar), a lowfat or fat free yogurt, fruit
    Snacks: Rice cakes(2)
    Lunch: Whole wheat bread sandwhich w/ lean turkey or ham(no mayo or cheese), granola bar(I suggest fiberone), 1 cup skim milk
    Snack: Fruits or veggies
    Dinner: Grilled chicken over salad w/ lowfat or fatfree dressing

    For exercise, start small. Look for ways to get your heart rate increased. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator. Find ways to exercise. Join a gym(bring ipod and find gym buddy to make it more enjoyable.

    The diet plan I just provided gives you about 1500 calories per day, maybe less. You will be sure to lose weight soon if you follow my advice.

    here is what my dietician suggests . follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio – 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.have a protein shake if you like too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like.
    get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

    Losing weight requires a commitment to follow a new lifestyle. Otherwise you will just gain back the weight when you go off the diet and return to the way you were eating before.
