I want to lose weight quickly say in another 3 months atleast 5kgs.How can i do it?

Now im 75kgs and 5 feet 5 inches tall.I usually eat the following
breafast:1 bowl redberries kellogs with low fat milk.noon- 1 apple,lunch- 1 cup rice,1 chapathi,two sardine shallowfried,dal-1/2 cup,snack- 1 mango or cucumber or apple,night dinner- 1 chapathi with chicken or tuna curry (a spatula full) or kellogs redberries one bowl.Is my diet okay or should need any change?How much calories will I be eating with the above said calories?Is eating out ona weekend can harm my dieting?I do walk on a speed of 3.8mph on treadmill for 60 mts daily and 15mts dummbells on alternative days.Does this diet/excercise help me loose weight of 5kgs in another 3 months?Do i avoid rice totally to reduce weigth?Please help……

    drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.

    eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs also help when trying to lose weight.

    skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.

    if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.

    cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
    and don’t forget to exercise!

    try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.
