well, if you’re doing that good i would suggest just keep going. If you think you could bring the calories to 1000, or something then you could, but don’t rush it. If you do you’ll end up disappointed in the end with not losing as much weight as you wanted. Also different diets and exercises work for different people.

The main issue on how to lose stomach fat is not just for looks, it is a health issue as well.
It does make you feel better mentally but more importantly having excess stomach fat has also been
proven to increse risk such as diabetes, stroke and heart diseases.
Here are just a few pointers on how to lose stomach fat.

Here Are Just The Basic 8 Tips:
    1. Relax and sleep well. U.S. research has shown that stress causes hormonal changes that lead to increased rates of glucose in the blood stream. This causes the body to accumulate fat in the abdominal area.

    2. Drink plenty of milk. Calcium can be a great ally in the fight against fat. A research at the University of Tennessee, USA, has shown that eating foods rich in calcium (milk, yogurt etc.) helps contain the hormone responsible for the accumulation of fat in the body.

    3. Drink lots of white and green teas. Eat all the berries. They have flavonoids that are known to fight the fat in the tummy area.

    4. Put fiber on the plate. Everyone knows that the fibers keep the feeling of satiety for longer. This is because they go through the digestive system a lot slower than other types of food. This decreases our desire to attack the fridge. You will find fiber in fruits, whole cereals, vegetables and also in beans.

    5. Watch your posture. Always keep your shoulders open and spine straight. This decreases the impression of a prominent tummy. According to a U.S. study, a correct posture promotes an efficient blood circulation and helps to lose stomach fat. Avoid sitting more than 45 minutes straight. Take at least 2 minutes break and walk around.

    6. Keep your hormones under control. Hormonal imbalances cause the accumulation of abdominal fat. At menopause, the situation worsens. The drop in oestrogen makes the distribution of fat irregular. This leads to the formation of stomach fat. After reaching 40 years old, do routine tests. This is the best way to find out hormonal problems.

    7. Burn calories. Doing a physical activity is very important for anyone who wants to lose stomach fat. Exercise speeds up metabolism and this increases the weight loss. It doesn’t need to be something too demanding, just a 30 minute walk will do.

    8. Willpower. This is the key ingredient for anyone who wants to lose stomach fat. To keep going with your diet and physical activities, you should focus on what it means to you to lose stomach fat. Think positive. When you feel like giving up, repeat to yourself: I have the discipline necessary to get where I want to be.

Keep it up on the cardio for sure. Swim lots of laps and run a lot. Treading water can be good too. A good way to trim off fat on the thighs is to do lunches and squat thrusts. Crunches can help tighten up your stomach once you’ve lost the fat you want gone. Just keep working hard and being persistent, keep an eye on your goal
