How do I lose weight quickly without having loads of flabby excess skin?

I’m trying to a lot lose weight quite quickly about 50lbs in 4 months, how can i do this without ending up with loads of flabby skin that would need surgery to correct. Corrective surgery for me would be a no-no, mainly cuz I wouldn’t be able to afford it, secondly I would really want to put myself through any major surgery that unless I had a real health reason not just a cosmetic procedure.

    50lbs in 4 months sounds reasonable, so you probably won’t have a lot of excess skin. if you lose the weight slowly your skin won’t be flabby so you shouldn’t worry about it.

    Exersise to tone up as you lose the weight. Plus it will help in wieght loss.

    Do lots of exercise. I’m half-way through my aim of losing 30 pounds in 2 months and it’s going very well. I go to the gym (30-60mins, 250-450cals) and play squash (40 mins) 4-6 times a week. My weight goes up and down throughout the day by around 6 pounds, but I weigh myself every morning and make a note of it. I can then compare week-on-week and the results have been good, losing around 2-4 pounds per week. The good thing is that I’m still eating chips, kebab, cookies, and other bad foods, but I tend to just treat myself once or twice a week. As long as I’m exercising the pounds are coming off. I wouldn’t really bother with any diets (but that’s only my opinion). As long as you’re exercising (and sweating), then you’ll lose the weight. As it’s only a few pounds per week, your body will be losing the weight and toning up.

    a balanced meal broken down to 6 meals a day will do the trick. one of the reason why someone will have very loose skin is due to improper diets. if you do not know how to eat a balanced meal you can alternate meal replacements for food, but bare in mind that you also have to eat regualr meal. for example morning you can eat a meal replacement, mid morning you can eat a fruit or veggies carrots are ny favorite, lunch you can eat a chicken salad, a handful of rice and some meat tuna is mostly preferred, mid afternoon, again a veggie or fruit, and for dinner i suggest eating more veggies and again some meat. drink a gallaon a day do not over due 3 gallons it can get you sick. remember the phrase 2 much of a good thing is bad for you. if you find your self not being strict you can have a buddy system whee in your home you eat half like for example a a slice of bread instead of eating the whole bread eat half hive the other to a family member. luch time go dutch on a partner who has the same goal as you and eat half of the sandwhich. the point is to eat fewer calories on bad foods or eat alot of calories but mostly veggies or apple. now that eating is out of the way also do some cardio. if you need more help email i am a former personal trainer and bodybuilder.
