What’s the best way to lose 100 pounds without having surgery or extreme dieting?

I need to lose 100 pounds which means that I am overweight. I wanted to know the best way to lose those pounds without having surgery or extreme dieting. I am on weight watchers right now. I walk for thirty to forty five minutes each day. Please be serious.

    You need a more rigerous exercise program if you want to loose it faster. It will take 3 or so years on your rutine now if you stick with it

    Then make appointments with a personal trainer and a nutritionist.

    Jog and stick with your diet program. Gaining musle will also help you gain weight by alot. Even if you don’t use your musles, they will take up calories and increase your metabolism.

    put on 5 jumpsuits and sit in a sauna for 20 minutes. make sure you drink plenty fluid.

    Walking is a great exercise. You should try to walk 1 hour a day, 6 times a week. You should also incorporate some strength training.

    You should stay away from processed foods and junk.

    Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. If you can try for 1 gallon.

    I know it takes time to loose it the right way. You eat 5 small meals a day and exercise no less then 3 times a week and you have to change your eating habits to something you can do for the rest of your life. I know for a fact that it is easier said then done. I am trying myself and it is very difficult. You loose 1-2 pounds a week.

    walking is good cardio is a great way to lose weight. If you would like to lose more try adding some weight lifting in there. it will help you burn more calories in your cardio workout if you lift before hand. I don’t mean become a bodybuilder. or anything like that. lower weights and high reps will get your heart rate up and provide you with a good foundation. try circuit training and it will help you by getting a cardio workout and Resistance training at the same time. as far as diet goes, try and eat 5 meals a day that are small. try and make them around 400 calories each if you can, and make sure you are eating healthy food, try drinking water instead of soda, it doesn’t sound like much but it will help. eating about every 3 hours in small healthy portions will boost your metabolism and help you burn more fat. there is no easy fix to your problem, it will take a lot of hard work and dedication, i don’t know what kind of money you are willing to spend but getting a personal trainer would be extremely helpful.

    I highly encourage you to take time and do it slowly. Two pounds a week is the best way to lose. Weight watchers is terrific and also weekly visits with a personal trainer while you go to the gym. Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck to you. Never give up!

    honestly, i had a baby and i put on so much wait i was a lill 50 kilo girl and when i weighed my self at my biggest i was 80 kilos, i was eating a lot of shit like KFC and maccas and red rooster, i am back down to my 50 kg weight only because i stopped eating the junk, i have home cooked dinners every night and yeah i do have some maccas still only the light verisons, so all u have to do is stop eating take out and go for a run every nite, thats all i did and im back to my old self!! hope this works for u!!!!
