how can u lose weight quickly but without using medication?

i am not really fat but i have big thighs and no muscle(lol) and hate ym body. i havent really got a big stomach but my thighs look huge to me and would love to lose weight off them. i dont do much exercise as i dont really know what to do but i genrally go on my trampoline and walk the dog. i dont really eat hugh amounts of food but still nothing is happening? please help if u can

    exercise (even just a fast walk), drinking more water, and eating healthier food will do wonders.

    But when I answer these questions my first and most strong suggestion is exercise.

    You will not get more fit from diet alone.

    Divide your meals into 6 smaller meals a day. Include healthy delicious snacks in between meals. You shouldn’t be hungry.

    Don’t skip breakfast. Eating breakfast, as you wake up, boosts your metabolism and decreases binge eating later in the day.

    Eat your meals slower and no more eating in front of the TV. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the TV.
