    Reduce your caloric intake to about as low as you can handle and take a one a day supplement. Working out will make you heavier though, so fasting is really the best way to lose weight without the potential of the plan backfiring.

    I know everyone wishes there was some magic way to lose weight quickly, but there is no healthy effective way to lose weight other than diet and exercise. I recently lost 80lbs and feel great.     Try doing daily exercises. Go for a morning jog and and after-dinner walk. Ride your bike if you have one, and if your brother or dad or other family member has small lifter-weights, take some time to lift them. When they become easy, add a pound or two.
