How do I lose weight quickly, in 3 weeks or less?

I am about five foot three/four, eight stone, and I want to lose weight quickly for a party. How can I do this? I don’t mind completely cutting out food if that’s what it takes, but I’m at boarding school and I can’t follow any diet plan. I am vegetarian and can only exercise 4 times a week.

    hunny you are 5 ft 4/5 and 8 stone , that is perfect. i am also 5 ft4 and when i was 17 i was 7 and a half stone and was told by doctors i was under weight! you are fine please dont lose weight you dont need to. i could say cut out fatty foods like bacon and sausage but you are veggie so its pointless! think yourself lucky i have put on alot of weight since i was 17 and im now working hard to lose it! im mixing areobics/tonning and beatboxing with warm ups and cool downs to help me lose weight! hope this helps you.

    whats stone?
    idc but i go to a boarding school too and its really hard to lose weight there
    i use eating disorders, but i’m not sayin to do that cause i know it’s dangerous, and all that, but it works for me
    but you can get really fat if you don’t have good willpower and you starve yourself for a few days, than give in and eat like youve never seen food before.
    then you get fatter
    but, like i said, you probably shoulnt do it
    i’m 5’3 and 110 lbs, a good size if you ask me, but i keep loosing weight and i don’t want to get sickly skinny, but i don’t know how to keep myself at this EXACT size…
    so yeah. say no to fasting. starvation. anorexia. whatever. cause it works for a while, then you et gross skinny like i’ll be in a few weeks :/

    I think weight loss and fitness always boil down to 2 things: 1) Metabolism and 2) Nutrition.

    Metabolism: You worked to expend the excess calories so that they do not turn into fats. To do that, either you create a calories deficit or you increase your calories usage.

    For most cutting calories (aka reduce portion size) is easier but not everyone can withstand the hunger pangs. That’s when a hoodia gordonii supplement can be useful as it make your brain think you are full so that you won’t feel lethargic or cranky.

    Ladies, one of the reasons why your stubborn belly fat never go away could be due to your high intake of soy based product and beer.

    Im pretty lazy so I found a weight loss challenge that would work without having to go to the gym and all that stuff…its the body by vi challenge and now in just 5 weeks im down 22lbs and 3 belt knotches, its crazy how well it works, check it out when you can…good luck
