How can I lose weight quickly within 3 weeks?

Help! I was just recovering from surgery when I found out I need to lose weight for a special event in 3 weeks! Since I am still in the recovery process and can’t really excersize for another 9 days, any suggestions on how to lose weight fast?

    Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber. Make sure you drink a lot of water with the fiber or you’ll get bad gas and constipation. Are you sure you can’t even just walk slowly around? 20 minutes will do you more good than anything else!

    High protien, low/no carb diet will help you lose weight fast and still get to eat without feeling deprived.

    Its better to do low calorie (1,200 to 1,400 per day) with a good workout program though. Its safer and effective too. It just might take a bit longer than the “crash diets” out there.

    Well I can give you some great advise but that fact that you just had surgery and you didn’t say what kind, I iwould talk to my doctor for that answer. I am not going to screw with your health and recovery.
