How can i lose weight fast without drugs,gross food or inducing vomiting?

My crush is having a POOL PARTY so I have to wear my bikini…And i don’t feel comfortable wearing one because I think I’m fat:/ How can I lose weight quite quick?

    The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, “starving” your self etc.

    first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..

    eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be “lean meat” such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID “JUNK FOOD” and “Fast Food” as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.

    if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.

    go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.

    if you do this..every day for one month should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.

    10 pounds (.714 stone ) each month in 3 months you should lose 30 pounds (2 stones, 2 pounds)..for sure…but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed…

    btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy a “food steamer” at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well as buy a “rice cooker” which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs “healthy carbs” to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good “jasmine rice”.. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like “cumin” or “Curry powders”, etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.

    drink “Green Tea” as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster…you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well

    Hmmm… why all these bikini questions today? I just wrote this up for nearly the exact same question… but this is what works:

    First, fat loss mostly comes from your diet. You absolutely, 100% need to REMOVE sugar from your diet. Sugar raises insulin. And insulin is what tells your body to store fat (and conversely say “Don’t use fat.. we have lots of energy as sugar in the blood stream”). This is where dieting gets HARD. You need to stop drinking soda, juice, coffe/tea (w/stuff), alcohol, milk, etc. Drink only water. That’s step #1. Step #2 is remove all sugary foods, and not just desserts. Fruits have lots of sugar. Perhaps 1 fruit a day is enough, but stick to things that have less than 1g of sugar per serving: cucumbers, chicken, carrots, asparagus, tuna, steak, lean ground beef, almonds, salad (no dressing or very little), eggs (especially egg whites are fantastic), mushrooms, etc.

    This low sugar diet will absolutely promote fat-loss. The only downside is it’s incredibly hard to start. You’ll constantly feel hungry as your insulin levels start to drop. As your body gets used to it the diet gets easier and easier. Generally takes about 2-3 weeks to get the swing of things. But those first two weeks are hell.

    Lastly, you gotta BURN FAT. Cardio is your best asset here. If you want to lose “general flab” hitting the treadmil or doing some kind of circuit training will give you the fat-busting exercise you need. Generally I’d suggest 30-45mins of exercise and if that’s not enough – either ramp up the intensity or try 1hr. 4-5 days a week should be enough. I’d just do it everyday before or after work/school to keep you on schedule.

    The idea behind losing weight is simple… burn more calories than you take in.
    It’s important that you don’t do anything unhealthy! If you eat too little your body can go into ‘starvation mode’ and you’ll start storing fat.

    For normal weight loss: 1. Write down everything you eat 2. Your beverages should have 0 calories 3. Eat primarily fruits and veggies, some whole grains and lean meat. 3. The less processed the better 4. Get in 60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.

    If you’re looking for a healthy quick fix, try eating a healthy cereal with skim milk (measure out the portions) for 2 of your meals and a reasonable meal for the third. You can have up to three healthy ‘snacks’ also – one serving of fruit or vegetable

    I’ve been at it now for 53 days (not even 2 months). Working to lose 100 pounds, and I highly recommend some of the following advise that has been working for me.

    1) drink plenty of water, and cut out any diet pops or beverages with aspartame. Also no juices or any other liquids. Add lime for flavor and detox benefits.
    2) eat only healthy foods, nothing processed. Fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats.
    3) Avoid high carb foods like sugar, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, candy and chips
    4) eat five or six smaller meals and snacks a day
    5) exercise with cardio at least 30-40 minutes several days a week, but take some days for rest.

    Have another glass of water while you are having the meal. Again this is another way of making yourself full so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster.     Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to losing pounds. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. Try to include a salad in you diet always.

    Eat intelligently. The difference between man and beast is that we are driven by intelligence while beasts are driven by instinct. Don’t just eat something because you feel like eating it. Ask you’re self whether your body really needs it.

    Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on every thing that goes in. Sometimes the garnishes can richer than the food itself. Accompaniments too can be very rich. Remember that it is the easiest thing in the world to eat something without realizing that it was something that you should not have eaten. Selective memory you know’
    Control that sweet tooth. Remember that sweet things generally mean more calories. It is natural that we have cravings for sweet things especially chocolates and other confectionary. Go easy on theses things and each time you consume something sweet understand that it is going to add on somewhere.
