How can I lose weight fast without exercises?

I need to lose weight fast about a stone. I’m having a party for my silver wedding anaversary and want to look good

    I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
    1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
    2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
    3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

    It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

    you can’t.i suggest 60 mins cardio 30 min weight training for 5 days a week.eat healthy.don’t give up.

    You could starve yourself but you will feel like crap and pile the weight on when you start eating again.
    Why do you say “without exercise”?
    Really, healthy eating only goes so far, and you need supplement it with an active lifestyle. You will only lose weight if the energy you consume is less than the energy you use, so you can eat low cal, but the rewards won’t be as great as if you also use more energy.
    It’s basic science I am afraid.

    I don’t know where you live but Dr Bernstein medically supervised diet clinic offer fast weight loss. It works. I personally do not recommend fast weight loss for any one though. Many of his patients lose a great deal of weight in a short time. I have also known a few that have gained it back again in a very short time. Since you are doing it for a certain occasion it may be right for you. It is expensive.
