How do I gain muscle and lose fat?
I am what you may called “fake skinny” I’m 5’7 and 112 pounds. So even though I’m very skinny, it’s mostly fat. I just want to know, how do I gain muscle and lose the fat? I don’t want to get any skinnier, if anything I wish to get “curvier”. Also, I still have baby chub on my face, if I gain muscle will this also slim out my face?

The “Fake skinny” as you call it is because of bad diet. It can be changed simply by altering your diet plan.
Eat lots of fruits/vegs
Eat lots of protein
Baby face will be removed only by diet. I’ve seen lots of people who workout have this. Workouts won’t solve that problem. Btw How old are you? If you are in early (or mid ) teens, then don’t worry. It’ll go away if you just keep your diet clean and workout.
NOTE : Do not run around for supplements and other stuff like that. It’ll not help

Hi Nervera,
I think what you need is a good solid weight training program and maybe to take a look at your diet as well. To get the “curvier” look you’re after, you will need to add a bit of muscle mass.
I recommend doing weight training 3 times a week, every other day, and light cardio on the alternating days. There are a lot of programs out there that can help you with this. Also, you can hire a personal trainer to help you design a program that will suit your needs.
For diet, make sure that you are following the food pyramid recommendations and stay away from junk foods. Eat lots of clean, natural foods, like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
By gaining muscle, you will not slim out your face directly. However, you will lose fat as you gain muscle and this will cause your face to slim out.

Nutrition is 70% of your success so focus there!!! I would recommend a cross fit type workout, you will see results immediately. Good luck!! BABY face wil disappear as well

Keep pushing those weights, mix up your routines to do more reps at a lighter weight, so you keep your metabolism up and keep toning those muscles at the same time. Watch your intake of food, you may want to also supplement some whey protein to help your body gain muscle and tone up. I take about 25 grams in a smoothie twice a day. But remember to take your drink within thirty minutes for best results.
