i have been eating junk food all week i lost 3 lbs how is that possible i haven’t been active either

    sometimes after you stop working out you lose because your body starts to recover from constant working out. this weight loss is possible and maybe even permanent but you need to start being more active again or you will gain. good luck!

    Could be muscle and water weight. Get those body fat reader machines that you hold in your hands. They can tell you percentages and what is what you have lost. The good ones are sort of expensive, though.
