I did just that. Lost about 44 pounds in 2 months.

To slow or reverse my weight loss, I not only count carbs, I count calories.

If you want to gain some back, just eat 2 cups of walnuts, pecans, peanuts, any kind of nuts in addition to your normal foods you eat.

1 cup of nuts gives you about 750-800 calories. This is about 1/3 to 1/2 of your daily caloric needs for most people. So, if you are eating 1600 calories a day, and need 1600 calories to maintain your current weight, but add the extra 750-800 calories per day, you can gain up to 2 pounds a week. Double the nuts, and you can double the weight gain.

The only other ways is to be a couch potato or eat lard.

eat higher glycemic levels of foods or eat more of the same foods.

but if you lost weight fast that means you weren’t taking your meds and having very high glucose numbers.

If that isn’t true and you were taking your meds, maybe you need to be on insulins as well as antidiabetic meds.

Guaranteed that insulin will help you to gain weight and just as rapidly as you lost it before.
