how can i lose weight on a gluten free diet?

I have a wheat, gluten, rusk, barley and malt allergie..
and i want to lose weight, but i excercise alot and eat healthly but nothing seems to be going, any ideas ?

    Exercising on a regular basis may help and it should help you live longer and have a better quality of life. Now there are some limitations on how hard you should push your self if you can talk but not sing you are right where you are supposed to be.

    I have a gluten allergy as well and I managed to loose 22kg (3.5 stone). I stuck to a low carb diet and still mainly eat just grilled meat and vegetables with a sallad for dinner, soup or a sallad for lunch (usually with a bit or rice or quinoa in it if I am working out in the evening), and corncakes with philadelphia, tomato and turkey meat for breakfast or a yoghurt with fresh fruit or berries. Gluten free cornflakes or musli is pretty good too.

    Perhaps it might be worth looking into upping your sessions at the gym? Are you working hard enough? Perhaps you aren’t eating enough if you just have sallads you may not loose weight if you excercise as you are in starvation mode. Another factor might be that if you recently started worknig out you aren’t loosing weight per se pebause you are building muscle but you are still getting slimmer? Get the measuring tape out – much better than the scales!

    Have you checked your ideal weight? It’s possible you are already thin enough.

    If you eat too little, it doesn’t matter how much exercise you do, your body will not allow you to lose weight, as from its point of view you are in danger of starvation.

    To lose weight, you need to eat sufficient calories so as not to trigger your body’s survival mode, and exercise every 72 hours for 45 minutes. You need to do hartbeat raising exercise for those 45 minutes. This will raise your metabolic rate, so you can lose weight.
