How can I lose some weight in 2 weeks?

I have to lose at least 6 lbs in 2 weeks and I already eat quite well and exercise, is there any way that anyone knows of how to lose weight quickly (preferabley healthily!)? I’ve had a baby 3 months ago and I’m going out for my birthday and really want to look good! Thanks!
This isn’t about other people either-its for me, so that I feel good! 🙂

    na possibly eat special k and dont just eat apples and water
    eat fresh fruits and veghgies kee a healthy protien and drink water

    You might not want to hear this but if you eat well and exercise you really should feel good about yourself the way that you are. It the people you are going out with for your birthdya do not think you look good then are they really people that you want to be hanging out with?

    Count calories and watch fat content of food. You should be able to lose at least 4 pounds in 2 weeks and with lots of exercise 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Good Luck and stay away from fast food.

    You might be able to shed some pounds in 2 weeks but you won’t be able to notice much of a difference. Just eat smaller portions of food, never let yourself be hungry (always snack on healthy foods), and do cardio, cardio, cardio!

    Eat a lot of fruits and walk every single day for couple hours. Walking really will help you to lose weight. That’s how I did it after delivering two kids :)) from 180 lbs, now I am 130lbs and I am 5’7″

    It’s good you’re eating healthy and exercising, but I don’t think you can lose weight rapidly. Just continue what you’ve been doing, and you’ll lose the weight. Just don’t diet and starve yourself! That’s the worse. Just eat healthy and exercise. It’s the best and safest way!

    And I also heard exercising for just 30 minutes a day is ten times better than an hour. Don’t overwork your body;; listen to your body.

    A method that worked for me is combining exercising with watching your caloric intake. I did cardio three days a week, and strength training two days a week. I also ate every three hours which really seemed to speed up my metabolism.

    the best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. eat more salads, which will not add much fat to your diet. also use low fat salad dressing. avoid the cookies, cakes, soda etc. just run everyday. treadmill preferably, so you dont pound your joints so much. 1 mile or so is fine. do what you can and/ or do aerobics, jump rope, etc. make sure you sweat everyday. Oh!! and avoid salt as much as possible. it will make your body retain water and you do not need that. i do not know what types of exercise you do, but if it is mostly muscle building, do more aerobics. good luck

    If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can try Lose weight a week plan first!

    Day 1:

    Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.

    Day 2:

    Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

    For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don’t ever think to fry it)

    Day 3:

    Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.

    Day 4:

    Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.

    Day 5

    Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don’t exceed 10 ounces.

    Day 6

    You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.

    Last Day

    Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.
