What is the fastest way to lose weight in three weeks?

i’m going to L.a. in three weeks and i might be going to a premiere, there’s a pool, i’ll go shopping and i’d like to look great for that trip. not just skinny but healthy, if you know what I mean. I have a lot of muscle. I want to know the quickest working exercises as possible. I’m eating healthier and there’s no way I can diet. I love food way to much. And i drink a lot of water. Right now I’m taking pilates once a week for an hour, swimming twice a week for two hours each and jazz(ouch) twice a week for an hour and a half each. So i’m definately not fat. I want to lose weight in my thighs and i want a flat stomach. Any suggestions would be great! : ) thanx in advance.
hey anticarly2, i am going to a premiere. with jessica alba and justin timberlake. ha. and thanks everyone for suggestions. I don’t like to diet really but i can cut back. i on’t really eat that much anyways.
and ewwwww….i hate arbys

    Ease up on the food, dont starve yourself and eat healthy, do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week.

    Reduce Portion size of your meals, eat more vegatables and fruits and drink plenty of water.
    Also, cut out any soda and drink water instead.
    Try not to eat candy.

    Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body and tummy fats.

    It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

    well, im only young.
    But i know im over weight, at one point i lost it all. Even people randomly commented. At that time i was over the moon.
    To do this, i only ate 1 meal a day, and a little healthy snack.
    That sounds wrong. But it attually works.
    Yet the cravings are annoying. But they once dissapered once ifound a distraction, that was my computer of course. CONSTANTLY playing games on it or just doing anything on it really, it was like it was just me an food did not excist, so just try it find YOUR distraction. The one that helps YOU. i cant promise anything. But it worked for me, an im the same as you.
