i have 2 weeks to lose some fat..?

i have two weeks and i would like to take some fat off of my thighs and stomach. If i eat right what are some exercises i could do?
im not trying to losa a bunch of weight, just a tiny bit of extra fat.

    you must get into weight training. With weights you continue to lose fat even 24 hours after your last exercise. With aerobic exercise you stop losing fat the moment you stop the exercise.

    BREAKFAST
    Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.

    LUNCH
    Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.

    DINNER
    4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

    THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT MIX OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT & PEPPER CAN BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING.

    THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME. IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 10LBS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF DIETING YOU CAN EAT NORMALLY BUT REMEMBER NOT TO OVERDO IT. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 40LBS IN A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO IT.

    I have a dance in 2 weeks and want to shrink my tummy and thighs.
    Im going to try jumping jacks and crunches.
    Jumping jacks are great cardio [which burns fat].
    And crunches are great for shrinking your stomach.
    Also, look up some thigh Pilates videos on youtube.
    They susposto be easy and work fast!
    I do about 1000 jumping jacks a day.
    And 100 crunches.

    i don’t think so it takes a long time to burn even the slightest amount of fat. but what ever you do DON’T STOP EATING it will show you results but it will make your stomach smaller which in-turn will make you fatter when you decide to restart your eating habits not to mention the numerous health concerns.
