Has anyone lost weight using the Wii Fit?

Or do you know anyone who has?
if so how much? and how often did they lose it?

    yeah. my bff bought wii fit and she lost 4 pounds – doing alot of yoga everyday and the aerobics!!!

    I’m not a big fan of the Wii Fit and wouldn’t recommend you replacing proper outdoor exercise with it , but you may want to take a look at these websites –

    I checked out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I checked out acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.There’s a free trial going on currently at , why not check it out, what is the worst that could happen?

    Wii Fit isn’t such as loosing weight it really tones you up.
    I have had wii fit since christmas and i was on it everyday then and then i just been on it this morning nd i haven’t been on there for 82 days and it said that i have put on 5 pounds.
    When you tone your self up your loosing weight.
    Wii fit makes you loose bits of weight just not loads.
    recommend it if you want a good game to play and it helps you tone up your muscles etc.

    i lost a little bit of weight, but i was doing an exercise dvd at the same time, so i can’t say that the wii fit helped me lose all the weight. seriously give it a try, it should help you lose weight 🙂

    I’d be interested to see if many have too! My hubby bought me the wii fit last weekend. I like that it records your weight and BMI and that you can do regular body tests to see how you are doing. I prefer the ‘games’ at the mo because of the visuals, but hope to try out the yoga and muscle workouts too. I have noticed my leg muscles are feeling the burn today so something must be working! Of course, as with any form of exercise, you also need to be eating a healthy well balanced diet too otherwise you won’t shift the pounds.

    I’m going to stick with my wii fit in the hope that i do shed a few pounds, but even if i don’t it’s still a good form of exercise (something i don’t get enough of!)

    If you want to lose weight using a Wii I would strongly recommend the EA Sports Active game-it’s like a personalized/custom workout that combines cardio, strength and flexibility training. I’ve been doing it for about only a week but I am definitely sore and I have received more than one comment from friends that I look like I’m losing weight. It’s hard work and it kicks your butt but it’s totally worth it!

    I did!
    I did a combination of the muscle exercises (mainly did these), yoga, the games and the step and hula hoop things, I did about 45 minutes per day.
    I lost about a stone, then my weight loss plateaued so I went on a diet (1200 cals per day) and joined a proper gym.
    I’d say the Wii fit is a fantastic start, especially if (like me) you are embarrassed to go to the gym.
    I’ve lost 2 sones 11 lbs now and am feeling great. It started with the Wii fit 🙂

    Try to go on it either everyday or for 1hr every-time you go on it, and it will work like a charm. you don’t need to go to the gym on the machines that take ages to take affect, go on wii fit!! 😀 lol
