goin to the beach and i need to lose some major weight?

so i’m goin to the beach i august and i need to lose some weight.. ALOT of weight.i’ve been going to the gym i can’t do as much cardio as i want cuz it gets boring (i watch tv and listen to music) what else can i do to burn some pounds. don’t tell me its not safe or anything either! crash diet ideas would be great thanks.

    Exercising will mean nothing if you don’t change your diet.
    Tweak your diet… NO SUGAR and up your cardio to 30-45 minutes.

    The best way to lose weight, is strength training and a regimented diet.

    Lift weights, do circuit training (one machine to the next) and try and do a full body workout once a week (split 3 or 4 days at the gym, with a few muscle groups each).

    Eat multiple small meals throughout the day, avoid sugary sweets and jun food (No fastfood, no candy)

    Try and eat every 2 hours, starting in the morning. This will keep your metabolism high, burning calories.

    You will probably tone up at the same time as burning fat, and the more tone muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn. Fat is metabolically inactive (fat just sits there, as stored energy) Muscle is Metabolically active (it requires energy throughout the day).

    You will not gain “big muscles” unless you take in more calories than you burn each day, so don’t worry about bulking or anything like that. Anyone who tells you that has no idea what they are talking about.

    So in summary, eat very clean, eat small meals every 2 hours or so, and do strength training and mix Cardio in. You’ll shed weight faster than you ever thought possible.

    the safe way is stick to 1000 to 1200 cals a day and go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and trust me, it works.
    in cardio, u shud at least loose 500 to 600 or more and lift some weights and use other muscle building machines. ive been doing this diet and it really works. the only proper diet that works actually.
    oh, and dont eat after 6 pm because any meal tht is taken after 6 will make your stomach bigger.

    the crash diet is only eat a moderate amount every night for dinner. eat before 6
    u dont need to do excersise 🙂

    i reccomend the first one but its up to u.

    Atkin’s worked for me but you cannot be a vegitarian! but if not try swimming or dancing e.g anything you enjoy doing <~~~~~~hope this helps

    if you don’t feel like working out, do some other stuff that you enjoy that burn calories, like dancing, walking your dog or something, just don’t waste your time watching TV, it won’t help you lose weight.

    try eating more raw foods. i ate 100% raw foods for about 5 days and lost about 4 pounds.

    and also, try to find a partner to go with to the gym so you don’t get bored.
