How to lose weight fast without any exercise?

Is there anyway to lose weight fast without any type of exercise?Like im talking about like 20 pounds in about a month or so.I don’t have any time to do any form of exercise.

    cut down calories to 1000 a day, but even then you wont be able to lose 20 in a month with no excercise too..

    It depends on how much you weigh currently. I am NOT suggesting doing this but you could easily lose 20 pounds in a month cutting down to 700-800 calories. Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise. Most people can’t even do that little amount of calories for a month without it driving them crazy. I did it without knowing (was tracking calories wrong) and I lost weight really quickly. If you do that though and go back to eating normal, you’ll gain it back so it’s really not suggested (plus it is unhealthy).

    Personally don’t have time for exercise either but i climb the stairs instead of using lift, i go window shopping so that i get to walk everywhere, i help my neighbor wheel her baby and i tell everyone I am on a diet (helps put me on check when i start snacking). i also check my calories eating only food i can successfully count , avoiding temptation by not buying it in the first place and try to get it down to 1200 a day especially since i do not exercise.
