u prolly take in 2 many calories in 1 day. try eating smaller portions. never fill up. or when ur body says its full listen and stop eating. thats how i gain weight, i keep going even when i kno i’m full. u will be hungry at first but if u wanna lose weight its worth it…. o also a good trick go to bed hungry, i wake up skinny when i do that.

You can’t. 2 Pounds a week is the healthy limit. If you lose 10 pounds in one week, 2 pounds will be fat, 2 in muscle, and 6 in water. You would be dehydrated.
As what to do, find a hobby. Play sports. Join habitat for humanity and build houses one day a week. If your family has the tool, make furniture for yourself. A complex piece takes 3 or 4 exhausting days of work to complete.
If you have a Wii, get AE active personal trainer. It is just like a workout videos, except it follows you at your rate of workout.
