no. Forget the coke or any other drug. Go to a nutritionist and they will help you with a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. The people who get skinny really fast never keep it off…or they develop an eating disorder and end up in hospital and sometimes die.

Coke-skinny doesn’t look good to the opposite sex. At all. That is, unless that person is also coke-addicted. My recommendation is to get plenty of exercise, drink a lot of water, eat organic foods, lots of produce, tofu, nothing processed, etc, and drink green tea. Also, get a bit of a tan (my dermo would slap my for saying that!) But if you do this your body will look fantastic (as long as you don’t eat too much health food or not enough!) and you will feel great too!

you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;
You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
Pretty soon your friends will be asking you for advice!
