How to lose weight fast before school starts?

I want to lose weight. I am dieting and not snacking. I don’t want to take anything like pills or get surgery. I want to lose at least 40 pounds or more. Any ideas except for exercising cause I got that already?

    The hCG diet will take those extra 40 pounds right off! You can find it cheap online. Just follow the guidelines and you’ll be set. I’ve already lost 12 pounds and it’s only been seven days! Happy dieting!
