burning more calories than you eat. thats the only way. pills will only work so far and after you stop taking them, you’d go back to eating the same way. try to make a work out plan, like run every other day a mile or two, then do abs and legs the other days. BUT the most important thing is to change the way you eat. there are tons of cookbooks out there that can help find really good food that’s really good for you too/ also i’m 16 as well and work out, running is a great way to relieve stress also
once your good at it, you start to enjoy it.(but be safe, they say you shouldn’t lose more than three pounds a week)

Eat sensibly and exercise, Weight Watchers is an excellent plan to follow. Maintaining/attaining good health should be your primary goal so check with your doctor prior to beginning any diet plan you decide to follow.

Keep food out of sight
Food is everywhere – on TV, magazines, shops, petrol stations – and can trigger cravings. At home, keep weakness foods out of sight, or out of the house! Serve meals onto plates rather than from dishes on the table. And steer clear of buffet meals – studies show they encourage us to eat more.

Work out how to achieve your goals
Setting a goal ideally includes a plan for how to achieve it, and how to overcome things that might get in the way such as trigger eating (see below), poor food choices at work, eating the kid’s leftovers or too many takeaways. Writing your goals and action plans helps enormously.
