When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Keeping your metabolism high makes you loose weight. In fact even though you eat to much but your metabolism is high. You won’t gain any weight. How to keep your metabolism high? Exercise! Daily exercise around 10-20 minutes is enough for you to lose weight. There are many ways out there to lose weight fast. So many tutorials, videos and articles that you don’t know how or where to start. Luckily there is this website that i found. It’s simple and easy to use. I have been using my own diet plan that they provided me. From 200lbs i lose 10lbs in just a weeks. But this is through my sheer determination. If you follow their plan for you, you will not notice that you’re loosing weight.

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.
1. Choose whole grains.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Choose lean meats and fish.
4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.
5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.
6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.
7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.
8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.
9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.
10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.
11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.
12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).

I’ve had the same problem when I was around your age, so here’s what helped me.
Do NOT (EVER!!!) starve yourself with all those crazy diets, that will probably help you lose weight, but all weight will COME BACK shortly after you stop dieting.
Instead, try balanced diet. It does help. Eat more fruit and veggies. Cut down on bread, sweets, fat, etc… you know what I mean! The temptation to eat sweets is huge, but what do you care about more – sweets or your body?
EXERCISE. It is the BEST way to lose weight EVER. Start jogging every morning. One circle around the stadium (or your own house if you don’t have any sport fields around) will do. Do simple exercises.
Go for it and believe in yourself. I’ve lost about 10 pounds doing that stuff some years ago. It is easy to lose weight while you’re still young, but I implore you, DON’T starve yourself.
Good luck hunni and I know you’ll do great!! xx
