whats the best way to lose weight fast with out meds.pills or drinks?

Im 6’1″ 275lb and i want to lose 40-50lbs. quick just by working out. myody is just the right shape no love hadles ,fat arms or legs i just have some what of a beer belly i quit drinking now i want to tone up my body.i love to eat but willing to cut down.my goal is to lose 10+lbs like every 2 weeks.

    Eat right, but dont stop eating. Just eat healthy foods, get a work out routine goin and keep to it. A little jogging will help too but the most important thing is to just keep at it and you will see results. Losing weight the right way isnt quick at all, it takes time but its worth it in the end.

    First, eat right.
    Second, for a quick fat burn, drink two cups of black coffee in the morning before eating and do aerobic exercise (running, cycling) for about 45 minutes. Your body will go directly into fat burning mode. Don’t pig out afterward and eat foods with some fiber which helps digestion and makes you feel fuller.
    Third, pay attention to how much sugar you eat, whether it’s in food or fruit drinks, tea, coffee, etc. That alone can lower your calorie intake but I can tell you that you might feel like you’re a recovering heroin addict for a while!

    I once went on a no fat, lean protein and low carb diet before I went into the Army. I had to lose 30lbs. Drinking the recommended amount a water daily,jogging and wearing sauna suits while exercising….worked well for me. I did reach my goal and I did it in three weeks. I know it wasn’t the correct way to lose weight and I had shocked my system and it’s not a long term fix. I had a deadline to meet.However, the recommended amount to pounds to lose in a week is 2lbs. Don’t over do it….and pace yourself…
