    “Diets” do not work, except in the short term, for most people. If you want to lose the weight and keep it off, you need to eat smaller & healthier meals, and exercise daily (not just walking). That will work, guaranteed.

    There is no way to lose fat quickly. There are ways to drop weight quickly but then you are not necessarily losing fat either. The truth of the matter is that you’ve got to adopt a new lifestyle in order to lose fat, and it is that “old fashioned stuff” about cutting calories and exercising. I lost 40 pounds and did it over the course of about 8 months, and I did it by changing my eating habits and exercising 3-4 times a week in the morning before work. And if you fall off the wagon after losing it, it doesn’t come back fast if you lost it slowly … the loss is more permanent.

    Avoid eating carbohydrate food . Try to have light supper . Reduce breakfast and lunch to half the quantity you take everyday . Walk steadily for at least a km a day .
