What is the BEST way to: lose belly fat and get lean legs quickly?
I just had a baby and now I want to get back in shape. It has actually been a year already and I have slimmed down but now I have rolls (belly fat) and thicker legs and thighs. PLEASE let me know any good workout moves/exercise that shows great results for these problem areas. I am willing to put in the work!

You might think about trying this book called “The Movie Star Diet” by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

detox, i am doing it now. you can lose 3-4 pounds a day! also yoga and stretching excercises.

Diet fad and pills are the worst way. Most require a certain way to eat and exersize anyway, so dont waste your money.
A good way is to do simple little things so it becomes a habit. For example, decline seconds at dinner, stick to main food groups and have half a snack instead a whole one. Doing more things is great, like taking the long way home, bike instead or drive (it’ll save on your gas!) or just go for a daily walk, slowly extending the time (I take daily walks, and with my mp3 player it makes it much more enjoyable). I’m at a healthy weight for my age (between 120-130) and never had to diet because I do what I just said.
