what is a good diet that helps you lose weight fast?

i just had a baby and need to lose about thirty pounds. my family is going to the beach in a month and a half and i would like to be at my goal. i need a diet that helps me feel full but also sheds the pounds fast. im already on a workout plan that includes cardio, ad workout, and rollerblading or walking.

    Short of straving yourself, which is a bad idea, I don’t think there is any way you can lose 30 lbs in a month’s time. Try for 10 and be happy.

    Hard to start but very effective and simple……NO flour or sugar. Period. Sounds tough, but you can eat rice and pasta in limited quantities. pleanty of meats, veggies, fruits, french fries are ok. Just if it has flour or has sugar….avoid it. I lost 7 pounds in 5 days once by doing this.

    don’t eat anything that is a popular brand
    don’t eat things that says fat-free, diet, etc. (trust me, they lie about the loosing weight thing)
    eat organic food
    lay off any pills
    take special exercises
    drink lots of water
    and finnially, read the book below

    30 pounds is way too much in that short of time. The safest loss is 2 pounds per week. If you are nursing I dont suggest trying any type of diet until that is over for you would need all calories for producing milk. If you are not nursing, try to eat less and excercise more. Weightloss will be happen if our intake is less and our workouts are more, but not to expect a 30 pound loss safely in that short of time. Maybe 15 pounds to be more realistic in a month and half which is about 6 weeks x 2 pounds a week.
