i need a good workout routine to lose fat fast?

right now i’m 17 years old, 5’2” and about 150 pounds. according to my doctor, my ideal weight would be between 115-120. so, i’ve got a pretty good diet…lots of fruits, veggies and proteins. and lots of water. so now all i need is a good workout routine to help me shed weight FAST. i have a treadmill, elliptical, stair climber machine, bowflex and free weights (3lbs, 5lbs and 10lbs). can someone give me a detailed routine of what to do each day with the length of time or numbers of reps that i should do it for? i would especially like to lose fat from my stomach, butt and thighs.

    i walk/run/jog on the treadmill 3 times a week for 30 minutes. you have to change it as you go if your treadmill does not have preset workouts like mine. our speeds can be different, some treadmills 5 is run on some 5 is a job so you have to determine but treadmill you cant stay at one speed its about changing speed and incline. staying at the same speed or same incline does nothing. the higher speed is good for cardio but its better to do higher incline and lower speed if you dont want to jog or run because the incline can help with muscle.

    0-2min 3.5 speed at 0 incline
    2-4min 3.5 speed at 5 incline (walk is moderate)
    4-6min 4 speed at 4 incline (walk is moderate)
    6-8min 4.5 speed at 3 incline (walk fast or jog)
    8-10min 5 speed at 5 incline (jog)
    10-12min 6 speed at 1 incline (run)
    12-14min 5.5 speed at 4 incline (jog)
    14-16min 6. 5 speed at 1 incline (run)
    16-18 min 5 speed at 5 incline (jog)
    18-20min 6 speed at 1 incline (run)
    20-22min 5.5 speed at 4 incline (jog)
    24-26min 6. 5 speed at 1 incline (run)
    26-28min 3.5 speed at 5 incline (walk is moderate)
    28-30min 3.5 speed at 0 incline
