What is a good way to lose weight fast? I need something to jumpstart my diet, after that I can do it alone.?

I can do this on my own, I have before. I just need a good way to start off fast, I always do. I always do something to start me off with a quick weight loss of like 5lbs in a week. It’s just a boost to help me out. Thanks!

    In the morning drink coffee.
    For snack at 10:00 am yogurt.
    Lunch the size of your palm,meet or fish or chicken.No soda no carb.
    For dinner salad and salad and one fruit and drink water no soda.I lost 15 pounds with this diet.After 2 days not eating carb you don’t feel hungry anymore.

    eliminating meat and processed foods from your diet and instead eating fresh fruits/veggies (and very little dairy) will help decrease caloric intake and cleanse your body. keep in mind also that simply losing weight isn’t automatically healthy–not all thin people are in truly “good shape.” it will be much easier for you to lose weight and remain physically fit if you work from the inside out. good luck!

    anything that will help you lose 5 pounds in a week isn’t healthy. Visualize yourself healthy and thin and start working at it. One or two pounds a week doesn’t sound like much, but if you keep it up, you could easily lose 10 pounds by mid-February, and that’s a LOT!!
