what is a good diet that can help my lose weight fast?

I am 19 about 5’10” and around 200 pounds. I want to loose weight but at a healthy pace. Can anyone give me the name of an easy diet or anything that will help? Even supplements if necessary (preferably ones that wont make me loose extreme amounts of fat at one time).

    Cut down on carbs and sweets as much as possible. I lost a lot of weight eating a lot of raw foods…such as all sorts of fruits for breakfast, salads with a lot of veggies for lunch and dinner with lean protein like skinless chicken breast, turkey, fish. That and a bit of cardio exercise!

    Drink Raw Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. 1-2 TBSP in 8 oz of water or apple juice (if you can’t stand the taste). Drink at least 2-3 times a day.

    When you eat, steer clear (or minimize) deep fried, sugary, and heavily processed foods (like chips, candy bars, sodas, etc). Eat more veges. It’s tough at first, but once you get use to it, it’s second nature.

    Good luck. And remember, it’s not about doing one thing here and there. What will really test you is if accidentally fall off the bandwagon, how you react and will you get back on it.

    Basics makes a great protein shake as a meal replacement. It comes in chocolate & vanilla. They also make an A-Z complete multivitamin in liquid form.

    there is NO easy diet, I have struggled for years with my weight and the only thing that works is healthy eating habits, drink water, cut down on portion sizes and exercise, it sucks and it is hard work but if you stick to it and find a routine you enjoy it will pay off in the end, good luck!

My cravings for sweets have dropped dramatically. If you’re like me, the first few days you will be in a little bit of a funk getting used to not having a lot of carbs and sugar, but after that you will be amazed at how the cravings disappear.     If you think that losing 6 pounds in two weeks is too fast for your goal, just add more healthy carbs (whole grains, etc.) to your diet while still making protein the majority of your food intake. That will slow it down. Good for you for taking it slow and giving yourself time to achieve your goal.
