What do most moms do to lose weight fast?

I have had 2 boys, my youngest one is 3 months old and my oldest is 16 months old. I wasn’t able to breast feed either one, so what are some things I can do to lose a little bit of weight, fast? Also what is best for getting rid of stretch marks?
My stretch marks are starting to disapear slightly from using Palmers, I was just wondering if there are any better things out there for them.

    Stretchmarks are scar – they will not disappear, they will only fade over time… I lost weight by nursing, walking with baby, swimming (when I got the all clear to excercise) and going to the gym on daddy’s day off….

    I lost my baby weight by nursing. With my first three sons I also had to eat right and exercise and it took about a year for me to lose all the weight (gained fifty pounds, and had big babies)… but with my fourth and last son amazingly I lost all the baby weight from nursing before the eight week postpartum appointment.
