Hey, I tested this new diet supplement from http://koping.mygooddiet.info. They have a risk free trial on currently. What it does, is rinse out your colon, there will be as much as twenty lbs in there, and no amount of diet and exercise is going to obliterate it. Give it a try out – I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!

I remember reading this article once that stated that all weight loss is because of a calorie deficit that you build up. Instead of eating very little, or just eating once a day you want to eat VERY HEALTHY and spread that out like five or six small meals a day. Eat until you’re not hungry anymore, not until you are full is a common mistake that a lot of people do nowadays. So lets say your BMR is around 3000 calories a day, then you want to aim around 500 (should be the limit, or max so you don’t put your body in starvation mode) calories less a day. You can accomplish this by eating correctly and doing the math right (haha) or exercising correctly a day or a combination of both. that way your body is only getting 2500 calories and to make up for the missing calories, your body will burn 500 calories worth of fat. Hope this helps! Good luck and keep on heading towards that goal!

Exercise, Exercise and Exercise Some More

Exercising simply cannot be forgotten about when one wants to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to burn off more calories than one takes in. This can be accomplished without dieting, as long as the individual is not consuming massive amounts of calories. Exercises such as jumping rope, swimming, skating or other fun activities really burn calories. The great thing is that these activities are fun so the individuals don’t feel as if they’re exercising.

Weight Loss Tip ) Eat More Meals

A traditional three-meals-a-day plan just will not cut it if you are in the market to burn fat. Your body is not able to metabolize large meals and will quickly turn any excess into fat. Many experts believe you should eat six small meals a day. Be sure you cut back on your food consumption at each meal, or else you will be doubling your intake—and doubling your fat storage!

Regardless of your leg, butt, hip, thigh and tummy goals from fat/flab/cellulite reduction to firming, slimming, building, toning, lifting and sculpting. The “right combination” of exercise variables will give you much better results in a shorter amount of time. Combine these variables improperly and you’ll just keep spinning your wheels, with no results to show for your efforts. Just a lot of frustration, anger and wasted energy.

Age, genetics and body type have much less impact on how your body looks and feels, than you may have been led to believe by traditional media, your friend’s sister’s brother in law or your family physician. Truth be told, your body is quite adaptable when treated properly “with the right program” as opposed to trying to force change on it with inappropriate, heavy weight-training and uncomfortable machine type exercise programs.

I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I’m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.

A month ago a friend introduced me a workout program. I was skeptical at first that this would work by itself. Targeted weight loss is quite tough, some would say impossible, but it definitely does produce results. I have lost 20 lbs in four weeks plus 3 inches from my stomach and even my legs are much more slimmer then before. If you are wondering that this program is too good to be true then get your FREE copy of ‘The Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Enhancement e-Guide’ at the source below. You will not regret it! And your body will thank you for it.

    Try a Low GI Diet
A low GI diet is an excellent method of burning fat quickly. This diet encourages individuals to consume high amounts of foods with low rankings on the Glycemic Index. These foods are nutritious and will aid your body in burning fats and calories at a quicker pace. This diet includes many of your favorite fruits, vegetable, meats, dairy, and grain products.

Begin a focused, efficient, and intense exercise routine. It’s best to recruit the help of a personal trainer, either at the gym or through the use of a ready-made, trainer-designed quick weight loss routine (such as the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program). No matter what, do some form of moderate-to-intense cardio 3-4 times per week and perform strength training with light-to-medium weights at least twice per week.
